Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, we’ll work one-on-one explore the barriers that keep them from living their best, most authentic lives.
In our work together, we’ll explore mental health concerns, increase ability to feel emotions rather than just think them, build communication skills, develop more sustainable coping skills, enhance your sense of self, and increase awareness of patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Whether needing help addressing anxiety, perfectionism, a neurodivergent diagnosis like ADHD , AuDHD, or OCD, or navigating a recent life change, individual therapy can help support you on your unique journey.
As your therapist, I promise to show up to each session as my truest and most present self, without my own agenda of how or who you “should" be. I don’t believe your difficulties are simple problems to be “fixed.” Healing and change is a dynamic, artful process. In individual therapy, I help people come back into alignment with their strengths, values, and unique perspectives while shedding anything that no longer serves them.

Sometimes this can feel like warm conversation, sometimes it can feel like learning, and sometimes it can be more of a guided experience. (We’ll also tailor the structure of sessions based on your unique needs!)
I show up to every session with compassion, directness, and curiosity. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your world in order to inspire the changes you’d want to see in your life.
