About
LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy in New York for Adults
I work with people who feel like they’re too much & not enough, all at the same time.
Like many neuroqueer adults, I spent a lot of my life trying to make sense of why everything always felt so overwhelming. I was a chronic over-thinker, and I often felt both separated from and deeply connected to everything around me. My own (admittedly long!) journey towards self-acceptance was a huge turning point for me. Now, I love helping clients find their own way back to their authentic selves—especially those who were taught to perform “being normal” to feel accepted.
While many forms of therapy focus on “fixing” what’s wrong, I believe the real work is in embracing and expressing your authentic self. In our sessions, we’ll dive into the internal, relational, and systemic patterns that are keeping you stuck, and explore how you can tap into (and trust!) your most authentic self to lead the way.
If that sounds aligned with you, let’s chat! I offer a free consultation call to talk through next steps and answer any questions you may have.
I'd love to support you exactly where you are and just as you are, right now.

Identity & Positionality Acknowledgement
I am a transmasc, queer, and neurodivergent white person with lived experience of past high control religion & relational trauma. I also have lived experience navigating the challenges unique to living with disability and chronic illness in the US. While my work is informed by the various aspects of my identity, I also recognize the lived experiences of others are immensely diverse. You are the expert of your experience, and I celebrate the unique wisdom you will bring to our work together.
