About Mere
Providing Psychotherapy in new york
I work with people who feel like they’re too much & not enough,
all at the same time.
Hi, I’m Mere!
I specialize in working with perfectionist creatives, LGBTQIA+ living and identity exploration, and neurodivergent adults.
While many forms of therapy focus on “fixing” what’s wrong, I believe the real work is in embracing and expressing your authentic self. In our sessions, we’ll dive into your internal, relational, and systemic patterns that are keeping you stuck, and explore how you can tap into your own unique vitality.
I work from a psychodynamic and relational lens, drawing from Acceptance Commitment Therapy, somatic practices, IFS parts work, and neurodiverse-affirming approaches. My approach also includes a systemic lens that centers collective liberation and challenges oppressive societal norms.
Taking the first step toward therapy is a big decision, and I know it can feel overwhelming. To ease some of the stress, I always offer free consultation call to talk through next steps and answer any questions you may have.
I'd love to support you exactly where you are and just as you are, right now.
