About

I spent a lot of my life trying to understand why everything always felt so overwhelming. As a transmasc, chronic overthinker with AuDHD raised in the Evangelical Bible Belt of the US, I spent a lot of time doing everything I could to fit in and be “normal” (whatever that means.)

I work with people who feel like they’re too much & not enough, all at the same time.

Now, I help other recovering perfectionists explore the internal, relational, and systemic patterns that may be holding them back. I now have over 7 years of experience as a therapist helping chronic overthinkers, find their authentic selves, and I feel very lucky to be doing this kind of work.

Prior to my career as a therapist, I spent time working in non-profit advocacy for unhoused populations as well as in fast-paced tech start-ups in NYC, which gave me firsthand experience navigating and confronting burnout.

I’ve completed specialized training through organizations that focus on LGBTQIA+ health and well-being, such as WPATH, the National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center, Fenway Institute, and Shifting Center. I also have additional training in neurodivergence, specifically related to conditions like AUDHD, ADHD, and OCD, through CHADD, ADDitude, and an ongoing consultation group of neurodivergent therapists and supervisors.

While many forms of therapy focus on “fixing” what’s wrong, I believe the real work is in embracing the self in all of its flaws. Whether you’re needing support through burnout, relational trauma, a harsh inner critic, identity exploration, or even just navigating the difficulties of day to day living, our work together will be created and tailored to meet your needs.

If that sounds aligned with you, let’s chat! I offer a free consultation call to talk through next steps and answer any questions you may have.

While my work is informed by the various aspects of my identity, I also recognize the lived experiences of others are immensely diverse. You are the expert of your experience, and I celebrate the unique wisdom you will bring to our work together.
