About
I spent a lot of my life trying to understand why everything always felt so overwhelming. As a queer and trans chronic over-thinker raised in the Evangelical Bible Belt of the US (whew!), I spent a lot of time doing everything I could to fit in and be “normal”…whatever that means.
I work with people who feel like they’re too much & not enough, all at the same time.
Now, I help queer and neurodivergent adults explore the internal, relational, and systemic patterns that may be holding them back to find new ways to engage in their lives.
I’ve completed specialized training through organizations that focus on LGBTQIA+ health and well-being, such as WPATH, the National LGBTQIA+ Health Education Center, Fenway Institute, and Shifting Center. I also have additional training in neurodivergence, specifically related to conditions like ADHD, AUDHD, and OCD through CHADD, ADDitude, and ongoing consultation groups of neurodivergent therapists, doctors, and supervisors.
While many forms of therapy focus on “fixing” what’s wrong, I believe the real work is in embracing the self in all of its flaws. Whether you’re needing support through burnout, relational trauma, a harsh inner critic, identity exploration, or even just navigating the difficulties of day to day life, our work together will be tailored to meet your needs.
If that sounds aligned with you, let’s chat! I offer a free consultation call to talk through next steps and answer any questions you may have.

I am a transmasc, queer, and neurodivergent white person with lived experience healing from past high control religious & relational trauma. I also have lived experience navigating challenges unique to living with disability and chronic illness in the US.
While my work is informed by the various aspects of my identity, I also recognize the lived experiences of others are immensely diverse. You are the expert of your experience, and I celebrate the unique wisdom you will bring to our work together.
Stop trying to fix yourself &
learn to be yourself.
